Your Grounding™ Bedsheet contain silver threads which is naturally antibacterial and odor resistant. This means it will require less washing than regular sheets. However, it is important to keep the sheets clean from sweat and natural skin oils to preserve its conductivity.
- Hand wash recommended, or machine wash on gentle cycle
- Use cold water only
- Airdry only, do not tumble dry
- Wait for one hour after applying lotions or body oils before touching the sheets.
- Do not wash with bleach or fabric softener.
- Avoid using whitening detergents or oxi-detergents.
- Do not use detergents containing oils such as lavender or coconut oil.
- Avoid using dryer sheets.
- Do not apply lotions or body oils on your skin right before bed.
- Do not Iron

Better Sleepers Everywhere
"Stopped getting shocks"
Daughter got me one of these for me a few weeks ago and she said it was to help me sleep. So I'm outside quite a from spring through fall here in the northeast. I'm always barefoot. I started learning about grounding about 6 months ago. I didn’t believe it but I feel better.
For 3 years I consistently had an A1C level of 7.4+ even with medication and since I started grounding in June of 2023 I’m completely off the Diabetes meds and my A1C level has been lowered to 6.3 - 6.4. Received my full sheet & followed the instructions, I needed little clarification & the customer support team were very quick to respond & provide clear instructions to help set up 2pillow cases plus the sheet. Though the tester wasn't supplied & reported missing within a few hours my tester is being dispatched- I walk on mother earth bear foot live on the coast line & walk bearfoot on the beach & get my Sunshine. Before receiving my order (10days) I some how injured my hip joint & was limping a few days prior.
